I have an HP OfficeJet Pro L7590 all-in-one printer. I know how to refill the cartridge, but it has a chip in it that sends info to the printer. Will the cartridge recognize that it has been refilled?

I’m looking for a cheaper alternative for printer ink. My printer uses hp no. 49 but I’m wanting a similar product that’s a bit cheaper. Any suggestions ! Provide links if possible !

I have just bought an HP D1460 printer mainly because I have several unused HP21 and 22 ink cartridges.
Now I find there is a cunning device which prevents me using these - probably because of their age, although they work fine on a D3940.
The helpful message simply says there is a problem with the right hand ink cartridge and of course fails to print. I can immediately replace the original cartridge and all is fine.
Can anyone please say how I can disable this? Thanks.

I have a Lexmark 8350 all in one and I just installed a new ink cartridge but it still says low ink. The cartridge I installed is a refilled one does that make a difference? It prints just fine, it just says low ink when it’s not.
