Where can I buy cheap ink cartridges?

I used to refill them myself until I bought a new printer and discovered that the new type of cartridges are not refillable because of a built in chip or something.
Does anyone know where I can buy (other than ebay) them cheap?

The printer, by the way, is an HP Photosmart C4280
