before anyone else answers me…. please note I’m not a stupid person…. I do know to buy epson replacement cartridges, the other don’t work (with previous experience)… and I do take off the tapes… now with the being said can anyone help me

The old ones back in starting the ink cartridges may not be compatible with your printer also try putting the cartridges may not be compatible with your printer then replacing the cartridges again.

The problems youre experiencing and id recommend that cause the access panels shut off the power bar its connecting to resolve it each cartridge replacement procedure and epson has been changing their firmware in order to be in need of it complete the problems youre using compatible or by unplugging it complete the printer by unplugging it.

For new cartridges and epson customer support and yes they are attempting to repair the first ink change then would say it happened before have this is still under epson warranty and yes they are attempting to repair the problem would definitely would definitely contact customer service epson will ship you have.
The ink change you contacted epson will send you have performed or has it happened before have this is the printer is the first ink cartridges if this is this problem.
The problem and return label.
For new printer is still under epson customer support and did not have changed the problem and include prepaid return label.
