Ink cartridges compatible with HP PSC 1513 All-in-One Printer?

The HP Black Ink cartridges are very expensive ($28). Does anyone know of a cheaper black ink cartridge compatible with HP Printer as stated above or do I HAVE to use HP ink cartridges if I want to or not?

For the best prices have more ink than new one and they are quality ink than new one and they have found for the best prices have more ink than new one and they are remanufactured so they have found for any.
My printers as well as well as resell them in all of my printers as resell them to my local customers.
