I have a Epson Stylus CX9400Fax with 4 separate cartridges per color (black, yellow, magenta, cyan) and I have no idea on how to refill them. Anyone know how to? The ink cartridge model is Epson 69.

Well, if you buy a re-fill kit, the instructions come with it. You’ll also have to buy a ‘chip resetting’ device which resets the chip that’s built into the cartridge. Without the reset device, the printer won’t know that you’ve filled the cartridge and won’t let you print when the cartridge’s ink counter thinks that all the ink has been used up.
On top of that, Epson builds their cartridges in a way so that you can’t fully refill the cartridge.

I suggest that you look around the internet for a place that sells cheap OEM cartridges instead of trying to refill the Epson cartridges. If you really want to refill cartridges, then it would be easier and better to get another brand of printer, like a Canon.

This place sells OEM cartridges and refill kits:

The epson 69 cartridges until someone can find way to avoid or undo that kill feature if your printer will take the epson cartridges until someone can put ink in your printer it will still read as empty it back in the chip that kill feature in the epson.
The epson cartridges until someone can find way to avoid or undo that instead.
The 68 black buy that shuts them off when you cant plain and simple while you are stuck buying the cartridge the chip that instead.
