I replaced the black ink cartridge in my printer and followed the prompts in the printer box for alignment, but only completed 1 of 2 tasks. The printer declared the alignment invalid and said it would use the default alignment. It is off; I lose the bottom half of the last sentence on each page, or every alternate page, when I print. I tried re-inserting the ink cartridge, but the printer did not prompt me to do a re-alignment. Any ideas? Thanks a bunch!!

An alignment page prints properly showing green check marks on each line but the page prints properly showing green check marks on.
