Is there anyone out there that has this problem or is it just me??
Newly purchased ink cartridges are empty, I open the new package and insert them into the printer and still nothing, this has happened several times to me (Black Color) I pay the high price and they are empty! I know they wouldn’t believe me if I tried to get a replacement so I just have to eat the price- BUT now after 3 (over a 8 month period) I’m fed up. Big money company making even more off the working class. I like the printer- it’s great! I cannot afford another one. Does anyone have any answers/suggestions? I need info in Taylor, MI.
