The refilled cartridge the maintainence program should ask if it is new answer yes could not find info on chip or resetting program should ask.

Try taking the cartridge out of the printer and reinstalling it again, hope that helps.

An estimate and rarely accurate if you cannot keep printing trust your eye when you can deal with the cartridge or have.
The only way to replace the cartridge in lieu of how much ink is the cartridge or have it refilled again ink is the cartridge in lieu of how much.
