I try to use ink cartridges to the very last drop. When the printer gives me an error message saying that the cartidge is empty, I simply reinstall that cartridge, and then continue this process until the cartiridge is completely dry. Can this damage the printheads?
I just bought some replacement cartridges that were supposed to be compatible but after printing some pages off the internet, it stopped working displaying a message that they weren’t compatible and I needed to get new ones. I just read about someone buying original dell cartridges and said they were useless after ten pages. Did I really get the wrong cartridges, is my used printer messed up or is it something else?
seem to be the proud owner of very thirsty printers! I need a recommendation as to where I can purchase ink cartridges for a good price! Any suggestions?????
I have a HP PSC 950 all-in-one printer. The color ink cartridge was out quite a long time ago and I have been using black ink cartridge since then. Today I replaced my black ink cartridge with a new one but the printer displayed an error message Incorrect color cartridge installed. I tried to fix it by cleaning the color cartridge contact but it didn’t work.
Does anyone know how to resolve that problem? If not, is there any way I can remove color ink cartridge and use only black cartridge?
I’ve been looking to save money on epson r1800 cartridges, which are expensive. I’ve seen after-market or compatible cartridges that say they are ISO9001 certified. Does that mean anything significant in terms of quality? Also, I’ve heard different things about the inks being as good as or not as good as the brand name. But I’m more concerned about the consistency of the colors. Would the compatible cartridges be more likely to have a range of tints or shades depending on the batch?
