Needing to get an ink cartridge, but have a cannon iP1700 printer.
the bookstore at school only had the HP brand cartridge.

cartridges will work for a day or so then error message pops up that says check and remove black cartridge. I take it out and put it back in, it works for another day or so then error message again. Any ideas?

Is there anyone out there that has this problem or is it just me??
Newly purchased ink cartridges are empty, I open the new package and insert them into the printer and still nothing, this has happened several times to me (Black Color) I pay the high price and they are empty! I know they wouldn’t believe me if I tried to get a replacement so I just have to eat the price- BUT now after 3 (over a 8 month period) I’m fed up. Big money company making even more off the working class. I like the printer- it’s great! I cannot afford another one. Does anyone have any answers/suggestions? I need info in Taylor, MI.

I need a to print something in glittery gold but they don’t sell that type of ink for my HP Photosmart printer. Would it work if I put a non-printer ink, lets say acrylic or oil-based paint, into an empty magenta cartridge, and then whatever I want as glittery gold, I color magenta so my printer associates it with the magenta ink cartridge when in fact it is filled with my glittery gold ink.

Where can I go online to buy LIGITIMATE ink cartrages for my HP1310. The cartrage I need is a for black ink. The carterage numbers are either HP27 or HP56. I can’t stress enough how important it is that they are ligit. What online stores have you gotten ink from and did the ink carterages work for you? How much did you pay for them? Did any of you have to send a cartrage back? Any advice would be appreciated– thank you in advanced?
