My printer was working but it recently started printing blank pages. I bought new ink cartridges and installed them and then I ran a test copy which printed successfully. The printer will not print anything from the scanner or from the computer. I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong and have no resources available to help me personally. Thank you

Any ideas? Says they are completely empty, but I have just refilled them. It is an X3550. I popped the lid, cleaned the outside of the cartridges and put them back in. An alignment page was printed only to show an alignment error afterwords as well as still seeing the cartridges as empty. The alignment page printed the same as it always does. Said to remove the tape from my ink.
They are the right ones and in properly. And my settings have not been changed.
No, it DOESN’T work. I get a message that the ink is out…press cancel and replace.

She’s had problems with the output of her Canon Pixma IP3000 until I changed the print head. She believes the mfrs warnings and says the off-brand cartridges ruined the print head.

I don’t get it. This ink cartridge doesn’t even look like the last one that’s already in the printer (and is out of ink), it’s much bigger.

I have a Dell all in one printer 942 and I bought a authentic ink cartridge but it is listed as series 5. The black in worked, but the color cartridge is not recognized. Does anyone know how to override this?

I have a Kodak easy share and for some strange reason it will not print anything with black ink. It prints out gray instead. I have checked the ink cartridge and it is full and placed in the printer correctly. I have also brought up the printing options, but everything seems normal. What is going on?

i tried to buy some ink cartridges, the first time, that site send me some cartridges that don’t even belong to the same printer brand name!

the second time, after i installed them, i can’t print out a single page; after i tried a whole afternoon; the printer stated that those 4 cartridges that i put are almost empty!

so i wonder if anyone can give me some good sites that sell good quality ink cartridges that are not produced by the printer manufactures themselves?
