I would love to take up a franchise of recycled ink cartridges. How can I do it or is it not necessary and we can do it without any permission?

I would like to replace my current Canon inkjet with a new one. I want one that does not have chipped ink cartridges. My current model is the i850. Any suggestions? I’m looking for good photo prints at a low cost.
I have been looking at printer cartridge prices, I just was hoping someone could recommend one over another.

I have an HP laser 2600n color printer that has separate cartridges for every color. 3 of them are empty and at $85 a pop at Staples, well, yikes!

Has anyone ever re-filled these? You see advertisements everywhere for this. If so, what where your experiences and who did you buy from?

I have a wireless mouse and it takes batteries but after I use the batteries I don’t know what to do with them same thing with the ink. I don’t want to just throw them out so what should I do?

I just put in new ink cartridges (First time changing them) and now the printer says Please insert PLAIN paper and press to continue. But I put plain paper! I don’t know what’s wrong. I need to print something for summer reading, and I can’t. Does anyone know what’s wrong or how I can fix it? I’m not sure if it’s in correctly, because they’re diagrams are confusing as heck. I’m 13, what can you expect?

I have some Ink cartridges that are about 8 years old and I was wondering if there are still good for use. They’ve never been open and their inside their original boxes and packs. Thank you!
They use to belong to my dad’s school but they’ve been sitting around my house for so long. I am selling them on ebay. We have no use for them.

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro L7590 all-in-one printer. I know how to refill the cartridge, but it has a chip in it that sends info to the printer. Will the cartridge recognize that it has been refilled?
