It appears that the ink has dried where it is supposed to come out, and I need to know how to unclog it, or soften it, or whatever to allow the ink to come out again. These cartridges are pretty much brand new, I just haven’t used them in a long time. They belong to a Lexmark X75 3-in-1 printer.

I was told by a Dell rep that came to my house to service my Dell that I can use Lenmarks Ink Cartridges..(because their cheaper)So I found the match put it in and it reads full but will not work…Is it because of a chip in the cartridge? If so…how can I make it work? HELP…

What are toner cartridges for?
My printer seems to be running out; can I still print things out?

I’ve heard that epson chip their cartridges meaning you can’t use compatable ones. Is this true? Also is there any ink cheaper than 4 multipack compatables for 30 pounds at Epson.INKredible.co.uk/EpsonDX845?

aline itself so I can take it out? I’ve misplaced my instructions, so don’t suggest that. I’ve also tried hitting the color copy button, which is what the diagram inside the printer seems to suggest and that doesn’t work either. Thanks a bunch.

Especially for anyone who’s part of a company or corporation that goes through a lot of catridges and toner, what to do with the old ones? I’ve seen things advertising recycling or getting paid for them, like Office Max commercials, or some charities like Food for the Poor for instance, that recycles them and use the profits to support their own programs- (http://www.foodforthepoor.org/site/… Is anybody familiar with any of these options, or know of any other beneficial solutions or things people do with empty cartridges, rather than tossing them into the garbage without thinking twice? It feels like a waste to throw them out when I see ways to, and organizations, that take advantage of what would otherwise be garbage.

They are both black, but the CLI-8BK has never been used.

I own a Canon Ip4200 printer.
